Once you have made your online reservation, you will immediately receive a binding confirmation of acceptance including a rental agreement and cancellation policy. You will find the start of the rental period and all costs at a glance. Your rental agreement starts when you sign it when you pick up the compartment on site after making an appointment by telephone (possible at short notice).
When you sign the contract on site, you will receive your personal access code or RFID chip, depending on what you chose when you made your reservation. This allows you to open the main entrance door around the clock and access the self-storage area directly. You can easily find your compartment thanks to clear numbering - parking spaces and a delivery zone are of course available.
Each compartment is additionally secured with a combination lock. A brand-new padlock with two keys is available for you in the compartment itself to replace the combination lock. Simply throw the old combination lock - the property of the landlord - into the box at the entrance.
Please keep your RFID chip and keys safe at all times and do not pass them on, as this is the only way to protect your access.
