You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract, which begins with our confirmation of the contract and acceptance of the rental agreement (transmission of the declaration of acceptance)

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke the rental contract with Christoph Koppensteiner Dein TüLager, we must refund all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
Note pursuant to § 356 para. 4 BGB
In accordance with Section 356 (4) BGB, the right to withdraw from a contract for the provision of services expires if the trader has provided the service in full and has only started to provide the service after the consumer has given their express consent. In addition, the consumer must have confirmed that he is aware that he will lose his right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by the trader.
For off-premises contracts, the consumer's consent must be provided on a durable medium (e.g. paper or email).
If the tenant wishes the service (tenancy) to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, we ask for express consent on a durable medium.
Declaration of consent:
I hereby give my express consent to the commencement of the performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period. At the same time, I confirm that I lose my right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
