We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website and to provide our services.
The legal bases are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent), lit. b (contract/initiation), lit. c (legal obligation) and lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests).
4. hosting & server log files (IONOS)
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Server log files are automatically processed when the website is accessed (e.g. anonymized IP address, date/time, resource accessed, user agent, operating system, referrer).
It is not merged with other data.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable and error-free operation).

We use cookies to provide basic functions and to store your consent decisions.

6. reach measurement / statistics (independent analytics)
We use Independent Analytics (locally on our server). Only anonymized usage data is recorded (e.g. page views, length of visit).
There is no personal evaluation, no storage of complete IP addresses and no disclosure to third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in anonymous reach analysis and website optimization).
7. contact, reservation & conclusion of contract
You can use the website to make inquiries, reserve storage space and initiate rental agreements (e.g. via contact form, e-mail or telephone).
Depending on the process, we process the following data:
- Master data: First and last name, address
- Contact details: Telephone number, e-mail address
- Transaction data: desired storage size, rental period, move-in date, other rental and reservation details
- Communication content and metadata (time, channel)
Purposes of the processing: Processing inquiries, making reservations, preparing/concluding rental contracts, customer care, invoicing.
Components used: The website is based on WordPress with Elementor Pro; forms can be provided via Forminator. The data entered in the form is transferred to our web server (IONOS) and processed there. It is not used for advertising purposes by third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract/initiation), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (efficient communication and processing), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (statutory retention obligations).
Storage duration: We delete inquiries and reservation data after completion or termination of the business relationship, provided that there are no statutory retention periods (regularly 6 or 10 years according to HGB/AO) to the contrary.
8. storage period (general)
Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies. Beyond this, data will only be stored if and for as long as statutory retention periods exist or we have a legitimate interest in further storage in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Insofar as we use service providers (e.g. hosting, e-mail), they are contractually obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with suitable technical and organizational measures in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not transferred to third countries unless this is expressly stated.

We use suitable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access and regularly adapt them to the state of the art.
